Sayara Terms of Use

Sayara is a digital marketplace, lead-generation and concierge sourcing platform for luxury, exotic and prestige vehicles. Sayara connects buyers, sellers, dealers and sourcing specialists. It does not itself buy, sell, finance, import, export or take title to vehicles.

The platform is currently in early-stage development and is being prepared for buyer review and strategic launch. Listings, dealer participation and concierge workflows are operated through the platform but are not guaranteed in any way.

Sayara does not guarantee:

• Vehicle availability, condition, pricing accuracy or sale outcomes.
• Finance approval, import/export approval, or compliance with any local law.
• Dealer participation, response times or continued listing activity.
• The accuracy of any vehicle description, specification, image or provenance claim.
• That any concierge request or sell-your-car submission will result in a transaction.

All information on the platform should be independently verified by buyers and sellers before any commitment is made.

Buyers and sellers must carry out their own checks, including but not limited to vehicle history, condition, title, finance, import/export requirements and pricing. Sayara is not a party to any transaction and is not responsible for disputes between users.

Users must provide accurate information when submitting enquiries, concierge requests, sell-your-car requests or dealer applications. Misleading or fraudulent submissions may result in account suspension.

Dealers, brokers and other sellers who list vehicles or receive leads through Sayara are responsible for their own listings, pricing, communications, legal compliance and any transactions they enter into with buyers.

Sayara may review, approve, remove or decline listings and dealer accounts at its sole discretion in order to maintain platform quality and integrity.

Concierge sourcing requests and sell-your-car submissions are submitted to the Sayara admin/site owner for review first. The admin may update the status of a request, add internal notes and, where appropriate, assign the request to a verified dealer or broker.

Assigned dealers may contact the user directly to discuss the request, but only the assigned party can access that request. No request is automatically distributed to all dealers or brokers.

Sayara does not currently process live payments through the platform. Any payments for vehicles, deposits, concierge fees, listing fees or other services are arranged directly between the relevant parties unless a verified payment integration is explicitly added in the future.

Sayara is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sayara is not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising from use of the platform, reliance on any listing or content, or any transaction or communication between users.

These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. This version is a pre-launch draft intended for buyer review and should be formally approved by legal counsel before Sayara is opened to the public.
